Product Manager – Identity Platform (Remote)

About the role

As a Product Manager at BairesDev, you will own the Identity Platform that serves as the authoritative source of truth for all principals across the network. You will lead the migration from a legacy monolith to a modern micro‑services architecture, shaping clean person and organization models that power enterprise sales, operations, customer service, and finance.

Key responsibilities

• Own the Identity Platform as the single source of truth for customers, users, and internal operators.
• Lead the migration of existing identities from a legacy monolith to a next‑generation micro‑services platform.
• Define and maintain canonical person and organization models.
• Establish operational discipline, including SLAs, audit trails, anomaly detection, and compliance reporting.
• Collaborate with enterprise sales, operations, customer service, and finance teams to ensure identity accuracy at scale.

Required profile

• 5+ years of product management experience.
• Proven experience owning IAM platforms at scale in a multi‑sided marketplace or enterprise SaaS environment.
• Background leading large‑scale identity migrations from monolith to micro‑services.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Required skills

• IAM platform ownership and scaling.
• Authorization modeling (RBAC, ABAC, ReBAC).
• SCIM 2.0 automated provisioning.
• HRIS integration experience (Workday, UKG, ADP).
• Familiarity with commercial identity solutions (Auth0, Okta, Entra ID).
• Temporal for cross‑domain provisioning workflows.
• Compliance frameworks (SOC 2, GDPR, CCPA/CPRA).
