Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Project Manager to lead multiple projects and implementation initiatives across different business functions. This position will collaborate with functional leaders, analysts, technical teams, and external partners to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and according to established objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with business leaders to prioritize projects based on organizational goals, resource availability, and timelines.
• Analyze project requirements and determine internal and external resources needed for successful delivery.
• Develop detailed project plans, including activities, timelines, owners, dependencies, milestones, and resource requirements.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining visibility into priorities, risks, and deadlines.
• Track, measure, and report project progress at established checkpoints.
• Monitor project scope, schedules, budgets, deliverables, and resource allocation.
• Identify potential obstacles and coordinate timely solutions before they affect delivery.
• Lead cross‑functional project teams in a matrixed environment and communicate status, risks, and decisions to stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of three years of full‑cycle project management experience.
• Working knowledge of PMBOK, Agile, or comparable project management methodologies.
• Advanced written and spoken English proficiency.
• Experience using project management tools such as Smartsheet, Asana, Microsoft Project, or similar platforms.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication abilities.
