About the role
We are building a talent pool of professionals with property management or related real‑estate operations experience to support US‑based landlords and property owners. As a Property Management Coordinator you will work remotely from Latin America, handling tenant communications, leasing support and administrative tasks for a variety of properties.
Key responsibilities
- Assist tenants with inquiries, resolve escalations and maintain clear communication in English.
- Coordinate leasing activities, process maintenance requests and schedule property inspections.
- Keep property records up‑to‑date and follow up on outstanding administrative work.
Required profile
- Previous experience in property management or closely related real‑estate operations.
- Strong written and spoken English for tenant interactions.
- Hands‑on experience handling property or real‑estate operational responsibilities.
