Recruitment Specialist – Talent Partner

About the role

Viva Talent is looking for a Talent Partner to own and continuously improve the full recruitment cycle, from first outreach through pre‑onboarding. The role is fully remote, serving candidates across Mexico, Central America and Colombia, and focuses on delivering an outstanding candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process, including outreach, interviews and pre‑onboarding.
• Design and refine recruiting communications, templates and interview instructions with a strong eye for design.
• Partner with hiring teams to keep processes moving quickly while maintaining quality, providing and receiving feedback.
• Use recruiting data to spot bottlenecks and optimise the candidate journey.
• Redesign workflows leveraging AI and automation tools.

Required profile

• Candidate‑obsessed mindset, ensuring respectful and valuable interactions at every stage.
• At least 1 year of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruiting, People Ops or related fields, with a track record of staying ≥2 years in recent roles.
• Strong communicator in English (C1+), both written and spoken.
• Curiosity about AI and its application to redesign recruiting workflows.
• Self‑starter who thrives in fast‑paced, high‑volume environments.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Notion.
• Google Workspace suite.
• Advanced spreadsheet skills.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Automation tools for recruiting processes.
