Remote Inside Sales & Leasing Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a high‑energy Remote Inside Sales & Leasing Specialist to be the first point of contact for prospective residents of a fast‑growing U.S. real‑estate investment firm. You will work from a quiet home office, handling a high volume of inbound leads and converting interest into scheduled property tours.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor the CRM throughout your shift and contact every new lead within 60 minutes via phone.
• Make multiple strategic outreach attempts, qualify prospects, and schedule tours with a goal of 15‑20+ tours per week.
• Log all call activity, objections, and outcomes in the CRM, keeping data accurate and up‑to‑date.
• Own daily and weekly call and tour‑booking targets, identify trends, and suggest process improvements.

Required profile

• Exceptional phone presence with a persuasive, friendly tone.
• Self‑starter who moves quickly without supervision and handles rejection resiliently.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and comfortable with repetitive, call‑heavy work.
• 1–2+ years of inside sales, appointment setting, leasing, or customer‑service experience.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM platforms such as Yardi, Knock, Rent Manager, or Salesforce.

What we offer

• $1,400 base salary paid bi‑weekly plus uncapped commissions (OTE $1,800‑$2,500+).
