About the role

The Language Doctors, Inc. is seeking a proactive IT Specialist to support its global, cloud‑based operations. This fully remote position is ideal for candidates who enjoy troubleshooting technical issues and ensuring smooth IT performance for an international team.

Key responsibilities

• Provide remote technical support to employees worldwide.
• Install, configure, and maintain systems, networks, and cloud applications.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity problems.
• Administer network workstations using TCP/IP protocols.
• Manage system security, backups, and disaster‑recovery procedures.
• Monitor and optimize network and system performance.
• Document IT procedures and support tickets.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in IT systems and network support (entry‑level candidates with strong skills are welcome).
• Professional proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Solid understanding of major cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure).
• Experience with remote IT tools and ticketing systems.
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical abilities.
