Remote Personal Injury Case Manager

About the role

We are looking for a highly organized Personal Injury Case Manager to join our growing legal support team. This fully remote position is ideal for professionals who have experience handling personal injury cases and thrive in a fast‑paced, client‑focused environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a full caseload of personal injury files from intake through settlement or litigation.
• Maintain consistent communication with clients, providing updates and answering questions with professionalism and empathy.
• Coordinate medical treatment, request and track medical records and bills.
• Liaise with attorneys, insurance companies, medical providers, and third parties.
• Monitor deadlines, follow up on outstanding items, and ensure compliance with case timelines.
• Update and maintain accurate case notes and documentation in case management systems.
• Assist with demand packages, settlement documentation, and general case preparation.
• Ensure confidentiality and compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Personal Injury Case Manager or in a similar legal support role.
• Strong knowledge of personal injury processes, terminology, and case lifecycle.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong organizational abilities and capacity to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet home workspace.

Required skills
