About the role

Charger Logistics is seeking a bilingual Customer Service Representative to join its San Pedro Sula team on an evening shift. The role focuses on coordinating delivery schedules, communicating with mobile units, and providing timely updates to customers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop expert knowledge of company products and services.
• Build rapport with customers and deliver professional, friendly support.
• Provide track‑and‑trace updates and resolve freight‑related issues.
• Enter, update, and process customer orders using internal systems.
• Confirm pickup and delivery appointments for drivers.
• Coordinate customs paperwork with other departments.
• Follow established billing procedures and support the Customer Service Manager as needed.

Required profile

• College diploma or university degree.
• Previous experience in logistics or customer service is an asset.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and conflict‑resolution skills.
• Excellent time‑management and multitasking capabilities.
• Fluency in English is mandatory.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to learn and use mapping software for route optimization.
