About the role

We are seeking a Reservation Coordinator to join Gypsy Travel & Cruise’s client services team. This remote position allows you to help travelers plan memorable vacations, cruises, and custom experiences while enjoying a flexible schedule that fits your lifestyle.

Key responsibilities

• Assist clients in booking flights, hotels, cruises, resorts, tours and excursions.
• Provide personalized destination recommendations based on client preferences.
• Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, email, text and social media.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of travel promotions, destination updates and industry tools.
• Deliver exceptional customer service before, during and after each trip.
• Build and nurture long‑term relationships with clients.
