Sales Development Representative

About the role

We are seeking a confident and driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to be the first point of contact for inbound leads generated through high‑impact marketing campaigns. You will quickly engage prospects, overcome objections, qualify them, and schedule sales appointments that drive membership conversions for fitness and wellness clients.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to inbound leads within minutes to maximize conversion.
• Make 300–400 outbound calls daily to qualify interest and book appointments.
• Handle objections, guide prospects toward scheduling calls, and follow up to ensure attendance.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM and meet daily/weekly activity targets.
• Collaborate with the sales team for smooth handoff of qualified prospects.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience as an SDR, BDR, Inside Sales Representative, or similar role.
• Proven ability to make a high volume of calls and meet performance KPIs.
• Advanced English communication skills with fluent spoken ability.
• Self‑motivated, coachable, and goal‑oriented.

Required skills

• Experience with sales CRM platforms such as GoHighLevel, HubSpot, or Salesforce.

• Base salary of $1,500 USD per month.
