Sales Supervisor – Poultry & Sausages

About the role

The Sales Supervisor will lead, implement and execute all sales operations and tactics for the Poultry and Sausages business in the Comayagua and Choluteca zones. This role provides direction to front‑line sales professionals and oversees related sales activities.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and implement sales programs to meet business objectives.
• Plan, direct and coordinate sales activities to achieve targets.
• Educate customers on new products, pricing and innovations.
• Promote and nurture relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Support less‑experienced sales representatives in solving complex issues.
• Make personnel decisions regarding hiring, performance management and disciplinary actions for direct reports.
• Review team tasks and ensure alignment with goals.
• Perform other functions as assigned.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 1 year of directly related work experience.
• Availability to travel within the assigned area.
• Preferred: 3 years of directly related experience.
• Preferred: at least 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Preferred: experience in related industries (food, agriculture, meat processing).
