Salesforce Sr Developer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer to join Stefanini’s global team. You will design, build and maintain advanced Salesforce solutions that support our clients in the financial services sector.

Key responsibilities

• Develop new functionalities and automations using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows and OmniStudio.
• Consume client REST APIs with robust error handling and transaction traceability.
• Use mock data and simulated environments when real integrations are unavailable to keep delivery on schedule.
• Write comprehensive unit tests, ensure coverage, and document development evidence.
• Follow repository standards: conventional commits, pull requests and automated quality gates.
• Identify and fix defects found during integration, certification and stabilization testing.
• Participate in story refinement and provide effort estimates.

Required profile

• 5+ years of hands‑on experience developing on the Salesforce platform.
• Strong command of Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows and the Salesforce data model.
• Experience consuming REST services from Salesforce.
• Proficiency with Salesforce Platform and at least one of Service Cloud, Financial Services Cloud or Sales Cloud.
• Daily use of Git and deployment via Salesforce DX (SFDX).
• Effective unit‑testing practices beyond simple coverage metrics.
