Senior Amazon Account Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Amazon Account Manager to own and optimise Amazon Seller Central accounts for our eCommerce client. You will drive marketplace performance, enhance product visibility and ensure healthy account operations across all Amazon channels.

Key responsibilities

• Take full ownership of day‑to‑day management and performance of assigned Amazon accounts.
• Monitor sales, profitability, conversion rates, traffic, organic ranking, TACoS and overall account health.
• Optimize product listings, including titles, bullet points, descriptions, backend keywords, variations and A+ Content.
• Develop and execute strategies to boost sales, visibility and organic growth.
• Oversee Amazon PPC campaigns or collaborate with PPC specialists to improve advertising performance.
• Analyse Business Reports, Brand Analytics and advertising data to uncover trends and opportunities.
• Manage inventory levels, FBA performance and restocking to avoid stockouts or excess.
• Address account health issues such as listing suppressions, policy violations and stranded inventory.
• Coordinate product launches, promotions and marketplace initiatives with cross‑functional teams.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience managing Amazon Seller Central accounts.
• Proven track record of driving growth on the Amazon marketplace.
• Strong understanding of Amazon FBA, PPC, SEO and account health metrics.
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret performance data and recommend actions.
