Senior Configuration Manager

About the role

MANTECH is seeking a motivated, career‑oriented Senior Configuration Manager to join the JTF Bravo team in Soto Cano, Honduras. You will support the establishment and maintenance of consistent, reliable system configurations across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Support the establishment and maintenance of consistent and reliable system configurations.
• Assist in developing and implementing configuration management plans and procedures.
• Participate in configuration audits, analyze configuration data, and identify improvement areas.
• Collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders to communicate configuration information and integrate CM processes into the development lifecycle.
• Support configuration management databases (CMDB), version control systems, and change management processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field with 5+ years of configuration management experience (or equivalent experience combinations).
• Current active Secret clearance and eligibility for TS/SCI clearance.
• Experience with DoD Combatant Command environments is desired.

Required skills

• Configuration management principles, identification, control, and auditing.
• CMDB tools and databases.
• Version control systems such as Git and SVN.
• Scripting or automation tools.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CMII, ITIL v4, CompTIA Security+).
