Senior Graphic Designer

About the role

The Senior Graphic Designer will shape visual experiences for a luxury hospitality and real‑estate portfolio, translating brand strategy into compelling digital and physical assets. Reporting to the Marketing Department, this senior creative role safeguards brand identity while driving innovative design solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop strategic graphic design solutions for multiple brands, covering digital campaigns, social media, print, presentations and other communication assets.
• Interpret creative briefs and turn them into visual concepts aligned with business objectives and brand standards.
• Create concepts for campaigns, launches, events, promotions and brand initiatives, adding differentiated creative judgment.
• Lead visual execution, ensuring quality, consistency and proper implementation across all touchpoints.
• Design and adapt content for social media, email marketing and paid media, respecting platform specifications.
• Produce digital and audiovisual content, including video editing, motion graphics and basic animations.
• Collaborate with Content Producer and Social Media Manager on integrated campaigns that blend design, photography and video.
• Build design systems, templates and digital asset libraries to streamline workflows and maintain visual consistency.
• Oversee production of digital and print materials, coordinating with vendors and ensuring technical quality.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional graphic design experience with a strong, versatile portfolio.
• Demonstrated ability to create elevated visual concepts for luxury hospitality and real‑estate environments.
• Excellent creative judgment, strategic thinking and refined aesthetic sensibility.
• Innovative mindset with a track record of staying ahead of design trends.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
