Senior PeopleSoft HCM Consultant

About the role

We are seeking a senior‑level PeopleSoft HCM Consultant to lead the analysis, design, and automation of complex Human Capital Management processes. The role combines deep functional knowledge of PeopleSoft with strong technical expertise to deliver scalable, automated solutions for enterprise clients.

Key responsibilities

• Review and analyze existing PeopleSoft HCM business processes.
• Identify and recommend automation strategies using native PeopleSoft functionality.
• Define automation requirements, approaches, dependencies, and complexity for HCM processes.
• Develop detailed automation plans covering scope, timelines, tools, assumptions, and implementation considerations.
• Create clear, structured technical documentation to support governance and decision‑making.
• Establish repeatable documentation and automation‑planning approaches based on stakeholder feedback.
• Support the planning and prioritization of automation initiatives.
• Design and implement PeopleSoft configuration and enhancements to realize automation goals.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
• Senior‑level experience as a PeopleSoft HCM Consultant with hands‑on technical and functional expertise.
• Strong functional knowledge of PeopleSoft Payroll, Health & Welfare, and Benefits modules.
• Extensive experience with PeopleTools and PeopleSoft HCM implementations in complex enterprise environments.
• Proven track record designing and implementing automation within PeopleSoft.
• Excellent technical documentation, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
• Effective stakeholder management and communication abilities.
• Consulting or client‑facing experience.
• Fluent English proficiency.
