Senior Project Manager (Marketing)

About the role

Our client, a growing marketing agency, is seeking a Senior Project Manager to act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams. You will own the end‑to‑end delivery of multiple marketing projects, ensuring they meet scope, timeline, budget and quality expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the day‑to‑day point of contact for assigned clients and build long‑term relationships.
• Lead project kick‑offs, define timelines, deliverables and communicate expectations.
• Coordinate designers, copywriters, developers, media buyers, strategists and other specialists.
• Track progress, deadlines, budgets and deliverables using agency project‑management tools.
• Identify risks and blockers early, propose solutions and keep projects on track.
• Communicate updates, priorities and next steps clearly to both clients and internal teams.
• Manage client feedback, revisions and ensure alignment with objectives.
• Maintain accurate documentation and status updates within project‑management systems.
• Suggest improvements to internal processes and client experience.

Required profile

• 4+ years of project‑management experience, preferably in a marketing, advertising or digital agency.
• Proven ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
• Strong client‑facing and relationship‑management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Solid understanding of digital‑marketing workflows.
• Highly organized, proactive and able to work independently.
• Comfortable handling changing priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
