Sr Manager Commercial

About the role

The Senior Commercial Manager will lead DHL Express Honduras’ commercial strategy, driving sales, profitability and market expansion across Corporate and Retail segments. This role combines strategic planning with hands‑on team leadership to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the country’s commercial strategy, identifying new growth opportunities and customer acquisition targets.
• Lead, develop and motivate the commercial team, fostering a high‑performance, results‑oriented culture.
• Drive the Retail channel development and strengthen relationships with strategic clients.
• Analyze commercial results and key performance indicators to inform strategic decisions.
• Adapt global and regional strategies to the Honduran market context.
• Collaborate with all DHL functions to ensure an outstanding customer experience.
• Enhance DHL’s brand presence in Honduras through events, fairs, chambers of commerce and media activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, International Trade, Economics or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of sales and leadership experience.
• Proven experience presenting to executive audiences.
• Strong analytical background in sales performance and project management.
• Advanced English proficiency.
