Sr. Manager, IT Infrastructure

About the role

Gildan is seeking a Senior Manager to lead its Manufacturing IT Infrastructure function. The role will define and execute enterprise‑wide infrastructure strategies that support the company’s extensive network of production facilities.

Key responsibilities

• Design, plan and oversee the delivery of infrastructure services—including databases, servers, networks, storage, email and directory platforms—across all manufacturing plants.
• Collaborate with business unit leaders and IT executives to anticipate needs, define initiatives and improve service efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with Gildan’s Global Quality System and Occupational Health, Safety and Environment programs.
• Manage budgeting, resource allocation and tool selection to meet customer‑satisfaction and cost‑saving targets.
• Analyze current and future infrastructure requirements and recommend actions to maintain high service levels.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience managing IT infrastructure in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Strong strategic planning and leadership abilities.
• Ability to work with cross‑functional executives and drive enterprise‑wide initiatives.
