Required profile

• Experience supervising reception or front‑desk teams, preferably within the hotel sector.
• Proven ability to manage and develop personnel.
• Result‑oriented with commercial awareness.
• Availability and flexibility to lead both shifts.
• Advanced English proficiency is essential.
