Virtual Assistant – Meta Ads Manager

About the role

Magic Law Group is looking for a remote Virtual Assistant with proven expertise in managing Meta (Facebook and Instagram) advertising campaigns. You will support the growth of our referral program by creating, launching, and optimizing paid social campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, build, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns on Facebook and Instagram.
• Develop and test ad copy, creatives, audiences, and targeting strategies.
• Monitor daily performance and optimize for CPL, ROAS, CTR, and CPC.
• Conduct A/B testing on ads, audiences, and landing pages.
• Allocate budgets efficiently to maximize ROI.
• Generate regular performance reports with actionable insights.
• Collaborate with internal team to align ad strategy with referral program goals.
• Stay up‑to‑date with Meta advertising policies and algorithm changes.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of hands‑on experience managing Meta ad campaigns.
• Proficiency with Meta Ads Manager, Business Manager, and Meta Pixel.
• Strong understanding of audience targeting, lookalike audiences, and retargeting.
• Experience with lead generation, conversion, and awareness campaign objectives.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Highly organized, self‑directed, and able to meet deadlines independently.
• Willingness to work in US time zones (PST, EST, CST).
