Key responsibilities

• Input, update, and maintain data across internal systems and databases, ensuring accuracy and consistency at all times.
• Review and verify incoming data for completeness and correctness, flagging discrepancies for review.
• Assist in the organization and filing of digital records, keeping information accessible and properly structured.
• Collaborate with different teams to gather, consolidate, and validate data from multiple sources.
• Support the preparation of basic reports and summaries based on available data.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives aimed at increasing data quality and entry efficiency.

Required profile

• Strong interest in data management, administrative operations, or back‑office roles.
• Detail‑oriented, organized, and comfortable handling repetitive tasks with a high degree of accuracy.
• Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets; familiarity with data management tools is a plus.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
