Agentic Product Designer – Remote – Latin America

About the role

FullStack is seeking an Agentic Product Designer to join its talent network and work on remote, project‑based assignments for U.S. clients. You will become an integral part of the client’s product team, collaborating daily with designers, engineers, and AI/ML specialists to create AI‑native experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Integrate directly into client product teams and contribute to end‑to‑end design cycles.
• Lead discovery, research, high‑fidelity design, prototyping, and developer handoff.
• Utilize AI‑assisted tools such as Cloud Cursor to accelerate iteration and cross‑functional collaboration.
• Design workflows powered by AI assistants, copilots, and automation systems.
• Build, scale, and maintain reusable design systems and component libraries.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, Researchers, and AI/ML teams in an Agile environment.
• Ensure continuous integration and delivery of design assets and uphold rigorous quality standards.

Required profile

• 4+ years of professional Product Design, UI/UX Design, or related experience.
• Advanced English proficiency and a completed four‑year college degree.
• Proven ability to lead full‑cycle product design initiatives for large, complex systems.
• Strong ownership mindset, can‑do attitude, and ability to work 40 hours per week remotely.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum teams and comfortable handling difficult design challenges.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Figma (complex prototyping, auto‑layout, component libraries, design systems, variables, developer handoff).
• Hands‑on experience with Cursor (Cloud Cursor) or similar AI‑assisted design environments.
• Deep understanding of agentic UX principles, AI‑native product patterns, and human‑AI interaction design.
• Expertise in interaction design, information architecture, visual design, and usability best practices.
