Amazon Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a results‑driven Amazon Marketing Specialist to boost our eCommerce presence across Amazon, Shopify, and TikTok Shop. You will be responsible for optimizing product listings, managing advertising campaigns, and analysing performance data to drive sales growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and optimize product listings on Amazon, Shopify, and TikTok Shop, including titles, bullet points, descriptions, A+ Content, and images.
• Plan, launch, and optimize Amazon PPC campaigns (Sponsored Products, Brands, Display).
• Run promotional campaigns, discounts, coupons, and seasonal initiatives across all platforms.
• Monitor sales, advertising metrics, conversion rates, and customer behavior to uncover growth opportunities.
• Analyze marketplace trends, competitor activity, and pricing strategies.
• Coordinate inventory levels with operations to avoid stockouts.
• Oversee Shopify storefront merchandising, collections, product launches, and promotional banners.
• Manage TikTok Shop listings, campaigns, affiliate collaborations, and promotions.
• Generate weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with designers and content creators to produce high‑converting assets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, eCommerce or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience managing Amazon Seller Central or Vendor Central.
• Hands‑on experience with Shopify and TikTok Shop.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and organizational abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
