Analista de Go to Market

About the role

The Go‑to‑Market Analyst will manage the client base, support the pre‑sales team and maintain the network of pre‑sales and delivery routes. The role ensures reliable commercial data and meets operational effectiveness indicators for a leading beverage and food distributor.

Key responsibilities

• Control and monitor Telsell routes, mirror frequency and platform profiling; create support tickets using Jira, Wolvex and Service Desk GBS IT.
• Update CET tables and codes, configure system settings, load and control attributes, manage labeling changes and apply GTM criteria for inactivation and zero‑purchase.
• Design and balance route maps, assign territories for pre‑sales and delivery, adjust views based on purchase habits and validate projects with commercial teams.
• Track area performance indicators and analyse buying patterns.
• Monitor and follow up on ongoing projects.

Required profile

• Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Dynamic, energetic and able to work in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Intermediate to advanced Excel.
• Basic Power BI.
• Knowledge of SAP.
• Familiarity with geospatial technology tools for route design and balancing.
• Experience with ticketing systems such as Jira, Wolvex and Service Desk GBS IT.
