About the role

The Pricing Analyst will support the development and execution of the pricing strategy, ensuring the use of appropriate pricing tools and criteria such as reciprocity agreements, internal and external benchmarks, price elasticity, negotiation principles and client profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor pricing by evaluating market conditions and internal/external benchmarks to guide pricing decisions.
• Prepare monthly reports on competitor rates and market behavior to identify business opportunities.
• Generate segment‑specific studies to measure client price elasticity.
• Validate pool and interest rates for the client portfolio each month and request adjustments according to contracts.
• Manage and track the ROEC of banking client portfolios, ensuring projected profitability.
• Oversee continuous training on negotiation principles across banks and regions.
• Control reciprocity agreements and report compliance to relevant areas.
• Collaborate with commercial teams on under‑performing clients, presenting improvement opportunities.
• Conduct 360° profitability analyses of economic sectors, groups, clients and segments to enhance revenue across GF products and services.

Required profile

• University degree in Finance, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Business Engineering or related fields.
• At least 2 years of experience as a Pricing Analyst or in finance roles involving financial indicator analysis, commercial strategy or profitability analysis.
• Strong knowledge of Excel and Power BI.
• Understanding of financial indicator analysis.
