Analista Valuador Junior

About the role

The Junior Vehicle Claims Analyst will evaluate automotive insurance claims from initial assessment through settlement. Working on‑site in Honduras, you will ensure accurate damage valuation, coordinate repairs, and maintain clear communication with policyholders.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze and value vehicle accidents comprehensively.
• Review and verify all documentation submitted for each claim.
• Conduct on‑site vehicle inspections to assess damage.
• Compare repair estimates and authorize necessary work.
• Monitor the repair process and ensure compliance with internal policies, policy conditions, and applicable regulations.
• Maintain continuous communication with customers throughout the claim lifecycle.
• Negotiate with repair shops and parts suppliers.
• Authorize indemnities based on the claim evaluation.
• Maintain precise, up‑to‑date case records.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of claims processes in line with ISO 9001:2015.

Required profile

• University student or recent graduate in Administration, Engineering or related fields.
• Previous experience as an automotive claims analyst, insurance claims adjuster, or similar junior role.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001:2015 standards.
• Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer‑service orientation.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Basic knowledge of automotive mechanics and repair processes.
• Understanding of insurance policies and relevant regulations.
