About the role

We are looking for a freelance Architect specialized in real‑estate projects to develop and coordinate all technical documentation and construction drawings. The professional will ensure a complete, high‑quality design by integrating structural, electrical and sanitary specialties and will support the construction team during execution.

Key responsibilities

• Produce and coordinate construction drawings and technical documentation for real‑estate developments.
• Integrate and harmonize designs from structural, electrical and hydrosanitary disciplines.
• Provide technical assistance during construction, resolving issues and ensuring compliance with plans, specifications and standards.
• Prepare quantity take‑offs, technical specifications and support construction processes.
• Deliver project outputs on a freelance, per‑project basis.

Required profile

• Graduated in Architecture.
• Minimum 2 years of experience creating construction drawings and technical documentation.
• Proven experience coordinating multidisciplinary designs (structural, electrical, sanitary).
• Familiarity with quantifications, technical specifications and construction workflows.
• Availability to work on a freelance, project‑based model.

Required skills

• AutoCAD (mandatory).
• Revit (advantage).
• SketchUp (advantage).
