About the role

We are looking for a motivated Field Sales Advisor to join our commercial team in San Pedro Sula. The role focuses on selling personal protective equipment, industrial tools and other technical products directly to customers, building lasting relationships and driving revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential clients in the assigned territory.
• Promote and sell EPP, industrial equipment and technical products.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales while meeting targets.
• Maintain a pipeline of prospects and follow up on leads.
• Provide product demonstrations and technical information to customers.
• Report sales activity and market feedback to management.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales of protective equipment, industrial or technical products.
• Result‑oriented mindset with a strong drive to achieve targets.
• Excellent negotiation and communication abilities.
• Customer‑focused attitude and passion for building relationships.
