About the role
Join the leading security company in Central America as a Field Sales Advisor. You will promote and sell alarm and security systems directly to homes and businesses in Tegucigalpa, acting as the primary link between Golán and its customers.
Key responsibilities
- Visit potential clients in assigned zones to present security solutions.
- Close sales and achieve monthly targets.
- Provide post‑sale follow‑up to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Report daily activities and results to the supervisor.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 year of experience in external sales or field commercial advisory.
- Willingness to work 80 % in the field and 20 % in the office.
- Own mobility (motorcycle or vehicle) is desirable.
- Basic proficiency with digital tools such as WhatsApp, Excel and email.
