About the role
Join Golán, the leading security company in Central America, as a Field Commercial Advisor in Tegucigalpa. You will promote and sell security alarm systems directly to homes and businesses, acting as the primary link between the company and its customers.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct visits and provide on‑site consultations to potential clients in assigned territories.
- Close sales and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Provide post‑sale follow‑up to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Report daily activities and results to your supervisor.
Required profile
- Minimum of 1 year experience in external sales or field commercial advisory.
- Willingness to work 80 % in the field and 20 % in the office.
- Own mobility (motorcycle or vehicle) is desirable.
- Basic proficiency with digital tools such as WhatsApp, Excel and email.
