About the role

WOW Media is seeking dynamic Commercial Advisors to promote both outdoor and indoor advertising solutions in San Pedro Sula. The role focuses on generating new business, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth for the company’s advertising portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential clients for outdoor and indoor advertising spaces.
• Present media proposals, negotiate rates, and close sales agreements.
• Maintain a pipeline of prospects and follow up on leads to achieve sales targets.
• Collaborate with the creative and operations teams to ensure campaign delivery meets client expectations.
• Track market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies.

Required profile

• Strong passion for sales and a results‑driven mindset.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently and handle challenges.
• Fluent in Spanish; English proficiency is a plus.
