About the role

The Commercial Real Estate Advisor will be responsible for driving the full commercial cycle of assigned projects, ensuring process compliance, client management, and operational traceability. The role supports the sales team and focuses on achieving the commercial targets set by Inmobiliaria Platino.

Key responsibilities

• Execute the commercial cycle efficiently and on schedule for each project.
• Maintain compliance with internal processes and documentation standards.
• Manage client relationships, providing timely and accurate information.
• Ensure operational traceability and reporting of sales activities.
• Provide comprehensive support to the sales team to meet revenue goals.

Required profile

• University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, Finance, Statistics or related fields.
• Minimum three years of experience in similar commercial roles within real‑estate or development companies.
• Residence in Villanueva or surrounding areas.

Required skills

• Knowledge of real‑estate sales techniques.
• Commercial intelligence and market analysis abilities.
• Understanding of real‑estate contracts or basic real‑estate law.
• Strong customer service orientation.
