About the role

Grupo Q, a leading automotive company in Central America, is looking for a motivated Sales Advisor to drive the sales of new and used vehicles. You will work closely with customers, ensuring their satisfaction while meeting monthly sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and review the client portfolio to achieve established sales goals.
• Advise customers throughout the purchase process to ensure high satisfaction levels.
• Plan and execute collection routes based on overdue reports to guarantee timely payments.
• Create and process orders, integrating them into invoicing and dispatch workflows.
• Gather market and competitor information and present insights to the Sales Manager.
• Prospect new clients to expand the customer base.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the automotive sector.
• Currently studying or holding a degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Intermediate proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Knowledge of regulations related to anti‑money‑laundering and effective sales techniques.
