Asesor de Ventas Can‑Am

About the role

Lama Motors, the official distributor of Can‑Am in Honduras, is looking for a motivated Sales Advisor to join its San Pedro Sula dealership. You will be the primary point of contact for customers interested in the Can‑Am product line, guiding them through a premium, personalized buying experience.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets for Can‑Am units.
• Develop, nurture, and maintain an active client portfolio through calls, visits, and post‑sale follow‑up.
• Provide expert product advice, conduct demonstrations and test rides.
• Prepare quotations, explain financing options, and coordinate final delivery of vehicles.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years proven sales experience, preferably in automotive, motorcycles, finance, insurance or high‑value retail.
• Valid driver’s license with ability to operate both automatic and manual vehicles; experience with motorcycles or off‑road vehicles is a plus.
• Excellent verbal communication, negotiation skills, and strong customer‑service orientation.
• Flexible availability for extended hours during peak periods or month‑end closures.
• Current residence in San Pedro Sula.
