About the role

Join Grupo Q, a leading automotive company in Central America, as a Sales Advisor. You will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle of new and used vehicles for an assigned brand, ensuring high customer satisfaction and meeting sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Guide customers through the entire sales process, adhering to quality standards and achieving the company’s NPS goals.
• Coordinate post‑sale follow‑up activities to secure sales targets.
• Handle all paperwork required to close a sale and provide customers with the necessary vehicle registration documents.
• Prospect new clients to expand the existing customer portfolio.
• Support brand promotion events such as presentations, launches, caravans, and exhibitions to strengthen market positioning.
• Arrange and conduct test drives to help achieve sales objectives.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in automotive or related sectors.
• University degree or ongoing studies (at least fourth year) in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Intermediate proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Strong customer focus, initiative, and ability to meet targets.
