About the role

The Commercial Assistant plays a strategic role by combining technical engineering knowledge with commercial expertise to drive business growth. Acting as the bridge between sales teams and customers, the role uses multiple communication channels to translate technical requirements into clear commercial benefits.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison between sales teams and clients via chat, website, email and social media.
• Interpret technical specifications and present them as commercial advantages to customers.
• Strengthen client relationships, optimize sales processes and ensure commercial targets are met.
• Travel to operational sites or client locations as required.

Required profile

• Student or graduate in Industrial Engineering, Marketing or Business Administration.
• Previous experience in commercial processes and customer service.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel for analysis, reporting and presentations.
• Proactive, analytical mindset with a strong results orientation.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and teamwork abilities.
• Willingness to travel according to business needs.
