Asistente Operativo (Seguros)

About the role

We are looking for an Operational Assistant with insurance experience to join a solid and growing brokerage in Honduras. The role supports the full insurance lifecycle, from quoting to claims assistance, and offers the opportunity to develop within a leading regional insurer.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and manage insurance quotations, policy issuance, renewals, and premium collections.
• Provide support for personal and general insurance lines.
• Assist clients throughout the claims process, ensuring timely follow‑up and resolution.
• Maintain accurate records in the company’s systems and ensure compliance with internal procedures.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to deliver excellent customer service.

Required profile

• University degree (bachelor’s level).
• 1–3 years of experience in the insurance sector or similar roles.
• Proven knowledge of the quotation, issuance, renewal, and collection processes.
• Experience handling personal and general insurance policies.
• Experience supporting claims and client communication.
• Valid driver’s license and own vehicle.
• Proficient use of the Microsoft Office suite.
