Assistant Community Manager

About the role

Contollo Consulting is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to act as the connective tissue between founders, ecosystem partners and internal teams. You will help grow and nurture a vibrant community of entrepreneurs by building relationships, coordinating activations and turning one‑off interactions into lasting opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for founders before, during and after their participation in events.
• Recruit, schedule and maintain ongoing engagement with founders for future activations.
• Manage the activation calendar, coordinate logistics with host locations and internal production, sales and operations teams.
• Identify and outreach to coworking spaces, accelerators, incubators, conferences and other founder communities to create partnership opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM, track follow‑ups and ensure no opportunity falls through the cracks.

• Outgoing and comfortable meeting new people.
• Strong relationship‑building and networking abilities.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented and able to juggle multiple conversations.
• Persistent yet respectful, proactive and able to work independently.
• Disciplined about CRM management and follow‑up.
