Audiovisual Producer – Content Creation & Production

About the role

We are looking for a creative Audiovisual Producer to transform ideas into high‑impact video and photo content for our agency’s brands. The role covers the full production cycle, from planning and shooting to post‑production and delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and schedule photo shoots, video recordings, and event coverage.
• Develop moodboards, scripts and storyboards together with creative and content teams.
• Coordinate logistics – models, locations, props, wardrobe and other resources.
• Execute video recordings and photo sessions for monthly content, campaigns and ads.
• Supervise proper use and functionality of audiovisual equipment during productions.
• Manage file transfer, backup and organization for editing.
• Work with external audiovisual providers when needed, ensuring quality deliverables.
• Identify trends and new audiovisual formats to enrich content strategy.
• Edit reels, short videos and photographs while maintaining brand identity, rhythm and tone.
• Maintain up‑to‑date audiovisual asset libraries for each client.
• Log produced content in the Content Dashboard for traceability.
• Monitor results and propose improvements to production processes.

Required profile

• Creative, organized and proactive professional with a strong audiovisual sense.
• Ability to manage productions from pre‑production to final delivery.
• Detail‑oriented, adaptable and capable of solving unexpected issues.
• Team player with at least 1 year of experience as a content creator or audiovisual producer for social media.
• Degree in Communication, Marketing or a related field.
