Billing Representative

About the role

The Billing Representative ensures accurate and timely billing for Qued Smart Appointments, a solution used in the logistics sector. Working closely with customers and internal teams, you will manage invoicing, payment setups, and collections while providing professional support.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain customer billing accounts, generate invoices, apply credits and adjustments.
• Set up and update payment methods in Fusebill/Stax Bill.
• Process payments, monitor transactions, and resolve payment issues.
• Review outstanding balances, follow up on past‑due invoices, and support collections activities.
• Investigate and correct billing discrepancies and answer customer queries.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Operations to ensure billing accuracy.
• Maintain detailed records of billing activity and generate regular billing reports.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service abilities.
• Comfortable handling collections conversations professionally.
• Basic understanding of invoicing, accounts receivable, and reconciliation.

Required skills

• Experience with Fusebill or Stax Bill billing platforms (or similar).
