Bookkeeper with QuickBooks (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Bookkeeper with strong QuickBooks expertise to support our financial department. This fully remote position involves managing payments, invoices, and financial records while ensuring data privacy and accuracy.

Key responsibilities

• Process payments and prepare vendor bills.
• Update and maintain financial records, including accounts payable and receivable.
• Manage invoice creation, distribution, and reconciliation.
• Collect and review data for financial reports.
• Identify and suggest improvements for accuracy, efficiency, and cost reduction.
• Support compliance and risk identification activities.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and QuickBooks.
• Advanced English communication skills.
• Integrity and excellent mathematical abilities.
• Understanding of data‑privacy standards.
• Professionalism, proactiveness, and strong analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate remotely.
