BPO Network Support (NOC Engineer) – Remote

About the role

We are seeking a BPO Network Support (NOC Engineer) to join our technical operations team. The role involves monitoring enterprise‑level network infrastructure, handling alerts and incidents, and ensuring network stability in a 24/7 remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor network infrastructure and respond to alerts and incidents.
• Troubleshoot connectivity issues across enterprise environments.
• Support Cisco, Aruba, Meraki switches and wireless access points.
• Investigate and resolve network outages and performance problems.
• Perform basic network diagnostics using CLI tools.
• Document incidents, root causes and resolutions.
• Escalate complex issues when required and assist in infrastructure recovery.
• Collaborate with internal teams to maintain stable and secure network operations.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Network Support, NOC or Network Operations.
• Hands‑on experience with Cisco, Aruba, Meraki switches or access points.
• Strong understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, routing and switching.
• Ability to respond to network alerts and incidents in a 24/7 rotating schedule.
• Advanced written and verbal English communication skills.
