Cajero/a – Atención al cliente y venta de boletos

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Cashier to join our team at a ticket terminal. The role involves providing excellent customer service during ticket sales and collections, ensuring accurate daily sales records, and supporting overall terminal operations.

Key responsibilities

• Sell and collect tickets, advising customers on prices and promotions.
• Register passengers, issue tickets, handle cargo, parcels and souvenir sales.
• Manage cash drawer, perform cash counts, and open/close the register.
• Operate POS systems (BAC and Banpaís) to process payments.
• Apply authorized discounts and monitor accounts receivable.
• Organize and file relevant documents.
• Handle parcels and supervise souvenir inventory.
• Assist with terminal cleaning and passenger boarding.
• Report incidents related to systems, printers, and POS equipment.

Required profile

• High school diploma (A‑Level / High School).
• At least 1 year of experience in cash handling, customer service, or sales.
• Minimum age of 25 years.
• Advanced proficiency in both English and Spanish.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and invoicing processes.

Required skills

• POS system operation (BAC, Banpaís).
• Microsoft Office suite.
• Invoicing software or procedures.
