Channel, Category & Customer Manager – Central America

About the role

Molson Coors is looking for a Channel, Category and Customer Manager to join its LATAM team in San Pedro Sula, Honduras. You will drive shopper and customer marketing initiatives across Central America, linking our portfolio of beer, seltzers, spirits and non‑alcohol brands to consumers through omni‑channel solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Build channel‑specific strategies aligned with portfolio and category objectives.
• Develop and execute market‑level shopper and customer marketing programs that boost brand growth and shopper engagement.
• Partner with sales, marketing and distributor teams to ensure effective retail program and merchandising execution.
• Leverage shopper, customer and market insights to identify growth opportunities and inform decision‑making.
• Support category growth initiatives based on consumption occasions and retail trends.
• Develop and maintain channel execution standards (“Look of Success”) and track compliance.

Required profile

• Fully bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, finance or equivalent experience.
• 5‑8 years of marketing experience with high‑profile CPG brands.
• Strong project‑management, selling and influencing abilities.
• Proven ability to interpret insights and translate them into program development.
• Experience collaborating with multifunctional teams (sales and marketing).
• Demonstrated thirst for learning and continuous improvement.
