About the role
KM2 Solutions is looking for enthusiastic Chat Representatives to join our on‑site team in San Pedro Sula. You will be the first point of contact for customers, delivering fast, friendly, and professional assistance through live chat channels.
Key responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer experiences via chat, addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow established procedures.
- Support continuous service‑improvement initiatives by sharing feedback and suggestions.
Required profile
- Previous experience in customer service or collections.
- Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.
- Flexibility to adapt to varying customer needs.
- Minimum 80% English fluency (spoken and written).
