Commercial Assistant

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Commercial Assistant to join our San Pedro Sula office. The role focuses on opening doors with companies, securing meetings with decision‑makers and supporting the growth of INTEDYA’s consulting practice.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and identify target companies and key decision‑makers.
• Schedule commercial meetings for the consulting team.
• Maintain and update commercial activities in the CRM system.
• Assist in planning the commercial agenda and follow‑up actions.
• Support supplier evaluation campaigns and generate new business opportunities.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills with professionals and executives.
• Confident, persistent and positive attitude.
• Organised, disciplined and goal‑oriented.

Required skills

• Experience with B2B telemarketing or corporate call‑center environments.
• Proven ability to arrange commercial meetings.
• Hands‑on experience with CRM tools.
