Compliance Analyst

About the role

The Compliance Analyst provides independent assurance and recommendations to strengthen operational controls across the organization. Working closely with Operations, Client Service and other departments, the analyst conducts internal audit projects, monitors call quality, and supports compliance and risk management initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Execute assigned internal audit projects, including scope development, testing, and reporting.
• Evaluate existing control documentation and recommend improvements.
• Monitor 10‑25 calls per day, assess call quality, and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Produce daily, weekly and monthly reports on compliance metrics and identify risk areas.
• Input data into quality and compliance measurement systems for timely analysis.
• Collaborate with call‑center supervisors, customer service representatives and cross‑functional teams to address compliance needs.
• Identify training gaps, report issues to management, and support the creation of coaching resources.
• Maintain and update evaluation tools, standards, and scripting resources as required.
• Train new team members, facilitate mock calls, and contribute to compliance scorecard evaluations.
• Participate in weekly calibration sessions and prepare progress reports with action items.

Required profile

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in compliance, internal audit, risk management or a related field.
• Strong understanding of operational, compliance, physical and IT processes.
• Ability to work constructively with multiple departments and adapt to evolving compliance requirements.
