Consultative Sales Executive – Digital Marketing, HubSpot & AI Solutions

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Consultative Sales Executive who can translate a client’s strategic business goals into tailored digital marketing, sales and technology solutions. This is a solution‑focused, non‑transactional sales position that requires deep understanding of HubSpot, SEO, AI‑driven search visibility and business automation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead discovery calls with owners, executives and marketing/sales leaders to uncover business models, goals and pain points.
• Recommend and articulate solutions that align with client priorities, budgets and desired outcomes.
• Communicate the strategic value of HubSpot Marketing Hub, HubSpot Sales Hub, CRM implementation, marketing & sales automation, SEO, AI search visibility (AEO, GEO), content strategy and lead generation.
• Manage inbound and outbound opportunities from initial contact through closing, maintaining accurate pipeline data in HubSpot CRM.
• Use Apollo for prospecting and account development, and leverage Claude, ChatGPT and other AI tools to enhance research, proposal creation and sales productivity.
• Collaborate with marketing, strategy and delivery teams to design customized solutions.
• Consistently meet or exceed activity, pipeline and revenue targets.

Required profile

• Proven B2B consultative sales or agency sales experience with a structured sales methodology.
• Strong discovery skills and ability to ask meaningful, challenging questions.
• Ability to connect client goals and pain points to practical, measurable solutions.
