About the role

The Knowledge Management and Social Infrastructure team of the BID Group is looking for a motivated professional to support the full editorial and dissemination cycle of knowledge products. You will work closely with technical, communications and operations teams to ensure high‑quality publications that advance sustainable social infrastructure across Latin America and the Caribbean.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, edit, quality‑check and publish technical documents, guides, studies, blogs and other specialized materials.
• Manage editorial workflows in the Bank’s institutional platforms (e.g., Convergencia) and track consultancy deliverables linked to knowledge products.
• Coordinate the end‑to‑end development of publications, liaising with authors, consultants, reviewers, designers, translators and internal units.
• Work with INE and Bank communications teams to plan and implement diffusion strategies for publications, events and trainings.
• Produce communication assets such as news items, social‑media messages, presentations, graphics, videos and other digital content.
• Maintain digital assets (intranet, digital catalog, databases, dashboards) and ensure they are up‑to‑date.
• Monitor, analyse and report indicators on production, dissemination and usage of knowledge products.
• Provide operational support for reports, events, trainings and internal processes related to knowledge management.

Required profile

• Proactive professional with excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple editorial projects simultaneously.
• Experience working in a collaborative, multicultural environment.
